The GBCF serves a diverse research community by offering a broad range of applications spanning genomics, transcriptomics, and epigenomics research. The Bioinformatics Core helps researchers identify and interpret patterns in RNA and DNA by placing sequencing data into a biologically meaningful context. This encompasses assisting with experimental design, developing reproducible workflows, analyzing next-generation sequencing data, and supporting manuscript development/publication. Ottawa Bioinformatics Core Facility. We are a Core Facility of the University of Ottawa and the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. We provide advice on bioinformatics research design, conduct bioinformatics analysis, and provide support for grant proposals that involve bioinformatics (including conducting pilot studies, support/collaboration letters, methodological text, etc.)

The BRIC Bioinformatics Core Facility provides support to researchers at the BRIC center, the University of Copenhagen (UCPH).
